A: We do not tend to restock items.

Q: Do you have free stickers?
A: We do not offer free stickers, see our shop for our sticker packs.

Q: Does Harlaut Apparel Co. provide return labels?
A: No we do not, please email our Support Service to authorize a return.

Q: How do I return something?
A: Please see our returns section here.

Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: We operate Monday to Friday with the exception of public holidays. As soon as Harlaut Apparel Co. has received your order and payment we will try our best to ship it to you in the shortest time possible. During sale period and new releases it may take longer time than normal for us.

Q: My order seems to have gone missing?
A: Please contact the shipping partner attached to your order and state your tracking number provided to you via email before contacting Harlaut Apparel Co. Once you have been in contact with the shipping courier please feel free to contact our Support Service for assistance.
