ORDERS

Q: When do you ship out orders?
A: All orders are processed Monday to Friday with the exception of public holidays or if other info is announced. As soon as we have received your order and payment we will try our best to ship it to you in the shortest time possible. During sales periods and new releases it may take longer than normal for us.

Q: Can I update my order after it’s been placed?
A: Once an order has been packed and the email with the tracking number has been sent, it is processed automatically and cannot be modified or canceled. Please be sure to verify all pertinent information before finalizing your order.

SHIPPING

Q: How long does it take for me to receive a package?
A: Usually 1-3 business days for Scandinavia,  2-5 business days for Europe, and 3-8 business days for the rest of the World.

Q: Why is my package delivered to another address?
A: That's because you ordered your item using our UPS Economy Shipping service, that includes pick up at nearest "UPS Access Point". Usually, it's your nearest postal agent.

PAYMENT

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

RETURNS

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We will accept returns on items that are purchased via www.harlautapparel.co. We do not accept returns on accessories, sale items or gift cards. Returning goods must be in perfect, unused condition, re-packed in it's original packing with all original tags still attached and must be contacted to our support service within 14 days after you have received your package. Customers are responsible for shipping costs with the exception of faulty items. Contact support@harlautapparel.co with your reason for return, before shipping your item.

EXCHANGES

Q: Can you exchange an item if the size doesn’t fit?
A: We do not accept exchanges from one size to another. If you are not satisfied with the size, you may return the item and place a new order in another size.
