Q: Do you offer free stickers?
A: We offer free stickers with all orders purchased through our website. Otherwise, please see our shop for our sticker packs.

Q: Does Harlaut Apparel Co. provide return labels?
A: No we do not, please email our support to authorize a return.

Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: All orders are processed Monday to Friday with the exception of public holidays or if other info is announced. As soon as we have received your order and payment we will try our best to ship it to you in the shortest time possible. During sales periods and new releases it may take longer than normal for us.

Q: My order seems to have gone missing?
A: Please contact UPS (www.ups.com) and state your tracking number provided to you via email before contacting us. Once you have been in contact with UPS please feel free to contact our support for assistance.
