We don't ship to PO boxes.

All shipping information must be fulfilled with alphabet letters.
We work Monday to Friday with the exception of public holidays. As soon as we have received your order and payment we will try our best to ship it to you in the shortest time possible. During sale period and new releases it may take longer time than normal for us.
In the event of an unsuccessful delivery due to an incomplete address or a package that was not picked up at a postal office in time, please note that additional shipping fees may apply for the reshipping of your order.

You will get an email confirmation when your payment has been received, and another email with your tracking number when your order has been packed.
Be aware that once an order has been packed and the email with the tracking number has been sent, it is processed automatically and cannot be modified or canceled.
Please allow up to 2 days for the activation of your tracking number.
When your tracking number is active, the estimated delivery time applies. The approximate transit time is: 1-3 business days for Scandinavia, 2-5 business days for Europe and 3-10 business days for the rest of the world.
