Returns

RETURN POLICY

We will accept returns on items that are purchased via www.harlautapparel.co.
Returning goods must be in perfect, unused condition, re-packed in it's original packing with all original tags still attached and must be contacted to our support service within 14 days after you have received your package. Note, we do not accept returns on accessories, sale items or gift cards.

We do not offer free returns, any shipping fees associated with returns are the customer's responsibility and will not be refunded. Harlaut Apparel Co. is not responsible for any return shipping charges or lost returns.

EXCHANGING GOODS

We do not accept exchanges from one size to another.
If you are not satisfied with the size, you may return the item and place a new order in another size.

RETURNING A PACKAGE

Before returning any item, please contact us for return information (Incl. your order# in the e-mail):
support@harlautapparel.co

Packages sent without contacting us beforehand will not be accepted.

It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free.

If a returned item is shipped internationally, please clearly mark the package “RETURNED GOODS”, to easier avoid any Customs charges. Harlaut Apparel Co is not responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund.

For your own protection, we recommend you ship us the return with tracking information.

When we have received the goods, please allow for 10-15 business days before your refund is issued.
