Returns

RETURN POLICY

We will accept returns on items that are purchased via www.harlautapparel.co. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags still attached and must be contacted to our support service within 14 days after you have received your package. We do not accept returns on accessories or gift cards.

Please note, we do not offer free returns, any shipping fees associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. Harlaut Apparel Co. is not responsible for any return shipping fees or lost returns.


EXCHANGING GOODS

We do not accept exchanges from one size to another. If you are not happy with one size, you may return the item and place a new order in another size.

 

RETURN A PACKAGE

Contact support@harlautapparel.co with your reason for return, before shipping your item.
Packages sent without contacting us beforehand will not be accepted.

It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free.

If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package “RETURNED GOODS”, to avoid any Customs charges. Harlaut Apparel Co is not responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund.

For your own protection, we recommend you ship us the return with tracking information.

Upon receipt of goods, please allow for 10-15 business days before your refund is issued.

If you have purchased your item/items at any of our resellers, please contact them for returns.

TRANSPORT DAMAGE

If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us: support@harlautapparel.co 

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

For packages that are not retrieved and are being returned, Harlaut Apparel Co. reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies’ administrative costs.
